the bango skank . A fun little rigid that started life as a stock '78 FXE. The 74 cubic inch Shovel Head motor mated with the four speed tranny and custom hand shift and foot clutch components makes this little scoot a great all around ride. From the custom bars and risers to the "turtle" gas tank with integrated oil tank w/ hand bent stainless steel oil lines and recessed speedo, this bike has all the radical custom components to be a trophy winning show bike that you'll actually want to ride to the show! Based loosly on vintage flat track racers, the bike is set up with 19" front and 18" rear Sporty alloys, 30's Knuckle Head rear legs and a replica springer front end. Sometimes "skankiness" is in the eye of the beholder.
